Michaela
Scrub Technician & Surgical Team Lead
Michaela began her career with Visionaire as a technician and has since advanced to her current role as the Scrub Technician and is the Surgical Team Lead. With many years of experience in healthcare, she brings a genuine passion for patient care to the team.
She is excited about her continued growth with Visionaire Eye Consultants and looks forward to meeting and assisting patients.
Originally from a small town in Kansas, Michaela enjoys spending time back home with her family, including her parents, oldest son, daughter-in-law, and grandchildren. Outside of work, she loves riding her horses, hiking, camping, and spending time with her dogs.
Amanda
Surgical Circulator
Amanda has been in the customer service industry for over 10 years and enjoys working with and helping people. She is a Colorado native and enjoys hiking, paddle boarding and checking out different breweries. She has two massive dogs, two cats and purchased a home in Castle Rock with her boyfriend in 2023. She is excited to be a part of the Visionaire team and can’t wait to meet you!
Brenda
Certified Biller
Brenda brings over 20 years of billing experience to Visionaire Eye Consultants. She is a Wyoming native and received a BA from University of Wyoming. In 1997 her family moved to Colorado and Brenda has been a medical biller since that time. This year she worked hard to complete her Certified Professional Coder Certificate, and is excited and grateful to have a place where she can utilize her skills and be part of the Visionaire Team.
Brenda has a son Kacy, and a daughter-in-law Allie, who are parents to her first grandchild Calvin, age 2, with another baby boy on the way. Brenda also has a daughter, Erinn, who is a baker and cake decorator. She is thrilled that they all live in Colorado.
Brenda loves to travel and enjoys spending time with her family, including her fur babies. She also enjoys movies, board games, puzzles and going to concerts. She is a people person and looks forward to helping out Visionaire’s patients.
Tracy
Patient Care Coordinator & Admin Lead
Tracy was born in Hawaii but moved to Colorado when she was 6 years old. She has two cats; Theo and Booskie along with a crazy dog, Lyla. Combined with my husband, they have two wonderful children. Besides her Certificate in Medical Billing and Coding, she is also a Licensed Cosmetologist. In her free time, she loves to go on hikes with her dog, being creative with art and enjoying time with her family. She has the passion to help others and is happy to be part of the Visionaire team!
Jennifer
Patient Care Coordinator
Jennifer is a Colorado native, She is passionate about the healthcare industry and committed to helping other people.
Outside of work, she enjoys discovering new places and experiences across Colorado, as well as pursuing her love for baking. She values creating memories with her family and exploring the simple pleasures of life.
Jennifer is excited to be a part of the Visionaire team, and looks forward to meeting you.
Asia
Surgical Schedule Coordinator & Pre and Post Op Medical Assistant
Hello! My name is Asia (like the Continent or 70’s band).
I was born in Nebraska but I am practically a Colorado native. I have been in the healthcare field for 5+ years and I love meeting new patients everyday. I enjoy movies and traveling and whiskey! I just recieved my CWS (Certified Whiskey Specialist).

Trisha
Patient Care Coordinator
Trisha is a Texas native, moved here to Colorado with her Navy husband and two boys just 6 years ago. She is an avid soccer fan and a coach, and she loves to watch her boys play. Her hobbies include reading, crafting and calligraphy.
Trisha is excited to be part of the visionaire team, and to work with such wonderful people.

Ophthalmic Technician
I am Natalie, I have lived in Colorado most of my life. I like spending time outside, traveling to the mountains or just hanging out with family and friends. I have enjoyed working in the medical field because I can help others and meet new people.

Jeff
Lead Technician
Born and raised in Colorado, Jeff brings a diverse range of skills and a deep commitment to patient care to his role as an Ophthalmic Technician at Visionaire Eye Consultants. With a background in pharmacy technology, he has a strong foundation in healthcare, providing compassionate and precise support to both patients and medical professionals.
In addition to his work in the clinic, Jeff is the proud owner of a ranch where they care for a herd of Highland cows.
With a passion for both health and agriculture, Jeff combines a deep appreciation for precision in medical practice with a hands-on, practical approach to life. He is dedicated to delivering exceptional care and making a positive impact on every patient he encounters.
Emma
Ophthalmic Technician
Emma has lived in Colorado her entire life. She enjoys spending time outside and hanging out with family and friends. She has really enjoyed working in the medical field, helping and meeting everyone.
Lili
Patient Care Coordinator
Lili is originally from the east coast, and she moved out to Colorado over the summer to be closer to family. She joined Visionaire Eye Consultants shortly after moving to Colorado, and has loved being a part of such a skilled and caring team. She most enjoys the opportunity to help patients, and provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere as patients prepare for their appointments. Prior to joining Visionaire Eye Consultants, Lili worked throughout Europe and the United States as a professional ballet dancer and certified dance instructor. In Lili’s free time, she likes to take dance classes, read, crochet, and hang out with friends.
Francesca
Patient Care Coordinator
Francesca is from Ohio, she moved here 12 years ago. She enjoys spending time exploring and hiking all around Colorado. When she’s not at the front desk, she’s helping families buy and sell homes.
